Stories from the ancient world.
Historical, legendary, and sacred stories from the civilizations that shaped the world—told with cinematic ambition, human complexity, and respect for what can and cannot be known.
Scepter & Stone develops drama across the ancient Mediterranean and Near East, from documented kingdoms and contested empires to the foundational texts through which civilizations understood themselves. We do not collapse history, belief, and legend into a single category; the distinction is part of the storytelling.
Every project identifies what comes from historical evidence, ancient literature, religious tradition, and later interpretation.
The ancient world is not modern life in costume. Its beliefs, institutions, and moral tensions deserve their own terms.
Where the record falls silent, invention serves character and conflict without pretending speculation is established fact.

Serialized epic drama
When heavenly Watchers descend to earth and corrupt the world they were sent to observe, Enoch is chosen to carry their desperate appeal for mercy into a divine court that has already pronounced judgment.
Inspired principally by the Book of the Watchers in 1 Enoch, the project explores forbidden knowledge, power without restraint, the birth of the Nephilim, and a human messenger forced to stand between doomed angels and an approaching flood.
